Whatever happened to taking charge of your life and the world around you and making the best of your world/life?
When did this country become crybabies and finger pointers?
I am part of what is now the "older generation." But I am not dead. I am still in the workplace earning my wage and making the world the best place I can.
I choose to NOT be a whiner.
I choose to NOT blame the other guy for _____ (fill in the blank with your favorite complaint)
I choose to be positive and happy. I am not crazy. I am not oblivious to the pain and suffering. There are sadnesses that have always been a part of our world since the dawn of time. You cannot "fix" the world and the suffering. People must take responsibility for themselves - just as I have taken responsibility for myself and my sphere of influence.
I am not rich. I am educated - by choice. I have worked to make my life what I have.
I have had challenges along the way in my life. I had to work to overcome them.
I have had sorrows. I have lived through them and come out the other side a stronger person.
I choose to uplift the people in my life. I try to be kind but I will not put up with bull from people. I am a straight shooter.

Wow! A place I can speak my mind!

So here goes...
I have grown tired of Facebook because of all the left-wing political views. Grow up! Take your ball and go home or start playing with the other kids again! No one person runs our government - Obama saw that and Trump will learn this. Executive orders are a way to draw attention to what the President views as an issue that need that attention.
After 8 years of liberal governing it is time for a more conservative approach. Everything swings on a pendulum. From left to right and a small stop on the moderates.
Give everyone a chance to work their ideas. Isn't that what democracy is about? Check out what Webster had to say about democracy...Webster's Dictionary: Democracy
So, protesters - you are exercising your 1st Amendment rights to Free Speech. Remember - everyone gets that right. And when you step on my toes exercising your right you then infringe on my rights.
Yin and yang! Symbiotic relationships. Give and take! It's like a marriage...don't ever go to bed mad at your significant other.
In the words of every New Yorker I've ever heard...Get Over It!
